We took Shane to the LA Zoo yesterday, it was a lot of fun! Mostly he pointed at the bigger animals, didn't really notice the smaller ones, and after the giraffes, chimps, deer-like creatures with long thin legs (gazelles, maybe?) and red apes (awesome new habitat) - Shane fell asleep while we went to see the tigers, koalas, and sea lions. My in-laws got us a yearly Zoo pass, so we will be going a lot! Can't wait for the next time!
